The summer holidays are over in India and now the 200 children on TREAD’s Project 200+ are back at school and attending Sarah, Hannah and David centres before and after school.
As usual they arrive at the centres early in the morning, have a wash and brush up before enjoying a nutritional breakfast. Assembly is held and then they head off to school for the day.
Meantime the staff in the kitchens are always busy feeding 60-70 hungry children and whilst the children are at school, a meal is prepared for their return in the afternoon.
After school the children have time for some sport
Here some of the children in the David Centre do a spot of gardening
Schoolwork has to be done with input from TREAD staff
All the children in Project 200+ enjoy going to TREAD’s Sarah, David or Hannah centres where they can be sure of a welcome from caring staff.
